As Klingman & Associates Director of Operations, Cesar oversees all aspects of the firm’s securities sales and trading operations, including the ongoing compliance with our regulatory and internal requirements. A longstanding member of the team – Cesar joined Klingman & Associate in 1995 – he also frequently works directly with our client families in addressing their inquiries. Cesar received a bachelor's degree in Finance, with a minor in Psychology, from Baruch College.
