We are actively hiring for the role of Associate Advisor. Given the nature of the role and the expected workload, we anticipate that this role will be part-time and can be remote in nature.

Mission:
The Associate Advisor provides critical estate, financial and tax planning support to the firm’s Wealth Advisors in addressing the myriad needs of existing and prospective clients alike.
Outcomes Expected of Associate Advisor:
- Engage with current and prospective clients to understand their short, medium and long term goals from a financial planning and wealth transfer perspective.
- Review existing estate documents to identify potential gaps and develop plans to effectively and tax-efficiently achieve the wealth transfer objectives.
- Coordinate the process between clients and their third-party attorneys to develop and execute all necessary estate documents.
- Ensure that existing plans are consistently reviewed on a periodic basis.
- Consistently identify opportunities for the company to improve its client service and/or operations capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to expand our business with prospective clients
Role-Related Competencies:
- 5-10 years experience working with clients to develop and implement estate planning strategies
- Strong quantitative skills with additional knowledge in the areas of financial, tax, and insurance planning
- Advanced degree such as JD or LLM highly preferred
- Attention to detail and follow through
- Excellent verbal and written communication
